Responsibility

The act of being responsible for one’s actions or choices.

What is the Federal Government’s main responsibility? I believe it is to protect its citizens and to promote their well-being.

Are you being responsible when you incur nearly 37 trillion dollars in debt? Of course not, so wouldn’t it be common sense to begin to pay down that debt? Of course, wouldn’t you start by eliminating wasteful spending and graft within the government? Well, President Trump has started with the assistance of Elon Musk and his newly appointed agency, the Department of Government Efficiency.

Each Government Department head will look into what it can do to eliminate waste and fraud. It is their responsibility.

As in any business, those hired to do a job have the responsibility to do it as best they can.

Those of us who have some common sense understand the Republicans’ motto of “We are the Common Sense Party”.
