Why now?

President Biden, you’ve had 3 1/2 years to sell the border wall parts that President-elect Trump bought during his administration. He was reelected by a mandate of the population, and that meant closed borders and rebuilding the wall.

You could have sold the parts for scrap years ago but you waited until now to stick it to Trump and the opposition. The taxpayers already paid for these parts and now you are trying to force them to pay for these same parts again…at probably double the original price.

This is not just a horrid thing to do to Trump but shows an uncaring attitude to the American people.

It’s obvious that this is retribution for a losing Democratic race for the presidency.

So much for your promised smooth transition of government.
