Holiday Time
It’s nearing the end of 2024 and some reflection is due.
Looking back on 2024, I see a tumultuous year with a major correction for 2025. Americans have voted for a change in government and policies. These changes will certainly help us in terms of relations with our allies, more secure borders, energy independence, more parental input in schools, reduced crime, reduced taxes, reduced waste in government spending, and peace through strength, to mention some positive programs.
These are important things but there are other important areas that we often overlook and have nothing to do with party affiliation.
We need to show respect to one another, be kinder, be responsive in business, provide more personal service, have clean air, water, and cities, be safe, and listen.
If we truly want to make America great again, we need to change our attitude toward how we deal with those with differing viewpoints.
Our 250-year experiment with the Democratic Republic has an opportunity to show the world the most effective way to govern or we go through the embers of a dying Republic.
